Yes. I think that may be the goal of Gohmert, et al.
But that caucus vote came and went a while back. This is a floor fight unless the rebels convince Boehner they will actually on the floor prevent him from becoming speaker.
But Boehner doesn’t need to compromise now, he can wait for floor results.

Unfortunately, my Congress Critter is Kuster from New Hampshire. She is a foul-mouthed Commie, who was put into by the wacko liberals from around Keene, Peterborough and the like. They continue to ride along on the backs of those of us, bustin' hump to make a living, while they dream of their socialist utopia.
They are the worthless cancer on an otherwise pretty nice state.
But, I went onto Boner's web site and told him that if he values his country, he should remove himself from candidacy for Speaker. He won't, however. He, like all the other RATS, value power above all else.

If Bohner is reelected by way of shenanigans, true Conservatives should break away and form a conservative caucus independent of the RINO’s. If what is left of Boners group ties to pass Amnesty or other lefty agenda items with RAT votes, there will be hell to pay in 2016. I could see a lot of the GOP-e with major primary fights.

Yeah! I’m thinking the same thing. Texas is a very conservative state,
with exception of the Austin area.
Texans will be watching very closely how their reps vote for leadership.
Should be fun to see which ones vote for Bonehead and open themselves
to primary challengers.

I wrote to Rep. Steve Stockman, Texas 36th, and told him we WILL be watching his vote on Tuesday and urged him to support Gohmert.

Not possible, the R' NOMINATE one person and the D' another. What I was thinking is that if the conservatives are really serious they might declare themselves as "independents".
They might then be in a position of forcing the GOPe to negotiate with them for the independent vote or lose the speakership to Pelosi. It would be a high stakes game of chicken. Careers would be on the line, but it would let us know what is real and what is just theatrics for the folks back home.

I think he’s gone. He said he wasn’t running when he announced for US Senate.

I'm tired of the RINOs lying to us. Why wouldn't they? They're not Republicans.

Keene is being overrun by people who are moving out of Vermont and Massachusetts liberals. York County, Maine is getting liberal because of Massachusetts’s liberals...

Yes. They all move out because of the taxes, but then demand the same socialist services and voila, higher taxes.
Liberals are mentally disadvantaged.
