Beats me why anyone would want to reprint anything descending from the First Wookie.

The whole point of wearing a logo T is to draw attention to the subject.

Unauthorized? Are we a police state now.

The White House might have been referring to the rap group's use of Malia's photo to advertise/promote the shirt she's wearing. So in this case the Obama's are complaining about unauthorized use of her image for commercial promotion.

An unauthorized photo of President Barack Obama's 16-year-old daughter Malia is drawing attention on the Internet.

lol...that's called having a teen daughter. I can't tell you how many "unauthorized" photos of my girls are out there in social media. It's like plugging a dam. Plug one hole, and another one springs up.

Try grounding Malia from her phone and computers. I believe you'll find "unauthorized" photos and conversations eventually get posted from a random iPhone at Sidwell Friends School.

In any case, other than an angry or over-protective parent, why is this controversial? Kid wears stupid T-Shirt, posts selfie that pisses off parents.

And to people that want to rip on the child, insult her looks, etc. Please try to remember, she's a 16 year old child. I don't care who her parents are. Don't be a bully.

Ah...that's a good point. I'd be pretty upset too if I saw a pic of one of my kids in an advertisement. I guess that's the life of a public figure or family.
