IRONTON, Ohio (WSAZ) - WSAZ is tracking a breaking news alert out of Ironton, where we are told law enforcement is on the scene of an active shooter situation at Ohio University - Southern.
A member of the faculty at Ohio University - Southern said there is a confirmed active shooter and the school is on lockdown.

goes from ACTIVE SHOOTER to....alert was lifted late Wednesday afternoon after an armed Brinks truck driver was mistaken for a random man with a gun.
a guy doing his job...who called this in - what AN IDIOT - and they are attending a University...
