Jeb Bush Emails Foreshadow A Likely Immigration Battle With GOP
By PAIGE ST. JOHN As Florida governor, Jeb Bush repeatedly defended his open views on immigration. Fixing immigration 'should be done without the emotion of hatred and fear,' Jeb Bush wrote. If Jeb Bush seeks Republican presidential nod, immigration may be his most serious issue The onslaught by email began when Florida's Republican governor came out in support of a measure to issue driver's licenses to immigrants without proper papers.
"Are you the governor of the people or the governor of the illegals?" an angry resident wrote to Jeb Bush.
Another told Bush the bill was "a load of owl poop." A third admonished him that "our citizenry and way of life must be protected from this illegal onslaught."
Within three weeks of its introduction, the 2004 legislation was dead, but, Bush wrote, "the situation of illegal immigrants won't go away."

I think all of the potential GOP candidates have the Chamber of Cronyism seal of approval.
All the Bushes seem to speak that gutter language - western hemisphere Spanish.

One would have to conclude from what we've seen of the Republican establishment during that time, that they don't really want to win.

When it comes to entities like the NAACP, or even Jessie Jackson, Al Sharpton, La Raza, MALDEF, and other groups, it sooner or later come to the survivability of the entity vs the validity of the entity.
The NAACP isn’t interested in bettering the lives of Blacks.
La Raza isn’t interested in better the lives of Hispanics.
These entities are focused on hoodwinking folks to think they care.
We trash Blacks for voting Democrat since the Democrats never do anything for them. Sadly, it’s a case of leaving the beam in our own eye, as we focus on the splinter in Black’s eyes.
The Republican party hasn’t done anything for us, or they U. S. Constitution in fifty years. Ronald Reagan was the last guy that respected it, and he had to fight them to uphold it.
The parties work to survive. They don’t work for us or the nation. It’s the political equivelant of the AFL/CIO, the DNC/RNC.
The AFL/CIO doesn’t work for union members. It works to weild power. It works to influence. Union members are cash cows just like we are, and just like Blacks are.
Cash cows and undying loyalists that get nothing in return.
Believing in the rule of law has nothing to do with hatred or with fear. Bush would know this if he cared about America rather than just living up to the family name with a job title.
