Epidemics from these diseases and their resulting deaths of our children can be laid at the doorstep of the obnoxious parasite that will never pull the plug on this influx of the scum of the societies they left.
Is this the way the central socialist government chooses to reduce the excess population? By killing us and our children?

I took the flu shot once.
Got very sick that year and the next, IIRC.
Haven’t bothered with it since.
Washing my hands, including fingertips, and staying away from people who have just sneezed, using a paper towel to turn the doorknob of public restrooms, and other paranoid habits seem to have worked a lot better than the vaccine.

I was basically forced to get it by my employer back in November. I would have probably gotten it anyways if it wasn’t too expensive. I think it probably helps the herd but might not be necessary for every individual and it sounds like the CDC really dropped the ball when they chose the strains to include in the vaccine. I think the vaccine itself has room for improvement too.

Careful there, might find yourself defending against charges of xenophobia because you dare to mention one of the many conduits of these diseases. Or being run down rabbit trails of diversions that will never satisfy your accusers.
I stopped getting flu shots immediately upon retiring from the USAF over 11 years ago...never felt better. I get the occasional sinus infection, but don’t get sick anymore like I used to.

If she died from the very strain in the vaccine, no one dropped the ball. The shot just didn’t work.
Took my kid in and there was no messing around, prednizone, z pack and inhaler. Very aggressive. Thank God my kid made it. This poor little thing could probably barely breathe. God rest her and be with the family.
I’m angry all military personnel are REQUIRED to have a flu shot every year, sometimes two.
A friend I grew up with, he was our class valedictorian and one of the smartest people I have ever met, ended up a pediatrician living in the next town over from me. (small world)
We connected on FB and have had lunch a few times to catch up, and vaccination was a topic we talked round about when the Ebola scare was going on.
He won’t accept new patients whose parents refuse immunization, period. Didn’t go into great detail at the time but the head shaking disgust was pretty clear on his face talking about it though.
Did he also tell you that insurance companies cut payments to their practice if less than 95% of their patients follow the official schedule?
Most vaccines, such as those for MMR, tetanus, diphtheria, polio, HIB, and even varicella, are very effective and provide a strongly positive health benefit in relation to the risks.
Seasonal influenza vaccines, not so much...

Agree entirely, but she probably didn't look that sick initially, and by the time she did she was already very far along. This is horribly tragic. I haven't seen statistics showing a lesser effectiveness of flu vaccination if one has been vaccinated before. Sound like possible desensitization, and really needs to be looked into.
