President Barack Obama’s nominee to replace Eric Holder as Attorney General of the United States, Loretta Lynch, said on Wednesday during a Senate Judiciary Committee confirmation hearing that she thinks illegal aliens have the same right to work in America as American citizens do.
“Senator, I believe the right and the obligation to work is one that is shared by everyone in this country, regardless of how they came here,” Lynch said when asked by Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) who has a greater right to work: Illegal aliens, or lawful immigrants and American citizens?
“Certainly, if someone is here—regardless of status—I would prefer that they be participating in the workplace than not participating in the workplace,” Lynch said.
She also said she doesn’t believe that Obama’s executive action on immigration is an “amnesty.”

I think the Republican party needs to get their message out to blacks more effectively. I’ve known a lot of blacks that are actually conservative but had only heard from Democrats.
This woman is from NY, a unionized state? She believes that illegals have a right to work in the US same as US citizens? Then I guess she’ll be certain to turn all the unionized states into right to work states then? Why not? Since it’s her understanding that everyone in the world has a right to work here.
People who don’t know anything about US law should not be allowed to become the Attorney General of the United States. But I’m sure the Senate won’t let a little thing like lack of knowledge of the law keep social justice from having its day in the Justice Department.
Technically, the failed countries have no real mechanism to stop illegals from working. Other than killing them.

The issues here are LEGALITY and EQUALITY.
If you don’t understand the difference between LEGAL and ILLEGAL immigration, or paying a certain percentage of your income as taxes, as everybody else, to support the benefits you get from living in this country, you should not be allowed to vote in any election...EVER!
Lynch should not be confirmed. Period.
She says that she will act to violate the Constitution by refusing to enforce current laws on the books.
Her confirmation should be refused in an open vote on the floor of the Senate.

Mr. Legal in America is too confused and uninformed to know what he is doing about much of anything.
Well, somebody has to work to pay for Welfare, EBT, Disability, Section 8 and Food Stamps.
As far as the “Liberal” Black population being worried about it, forget it.
They know as long as the Democrats are running the show, they will get their Monthly Check(s)and Benefits just because they wake up in America every day. To them, work is for Suckers and Illegal Invaders.
