They created the black subculture to separate blacks from whites and create a voting block based on grievances and perceived racism. That subculture is designed to keep blacks in a perpetual state of decline. Not one facet of black culture is positive, it is all garbage! The few blacks that avoid it do very well and get along with other races.
The ones that follow it put drugs, crime, mass pregnancy out of wedlock and state dependency on a pedestal. Blacks that try to fight it are ridiculed and knocked down. Anyone around them is pulled down with them. Liberals know this and always move their kids to better schools.
Sad but true. It's not the Asians and Hispanics white folks are running from. Well, some Hispanics, but... by and large...
If blacks don’t have any self-inducedcultural issues that are hurting them and funding is equal, which it most definitely is, why do black schools need an infusion of white students in order to do better? Sounds pretty racist to me.

No, I wouldn’t put my kids in any school in a city. Cities are full of liberal rats, and my kid wasn’t going to school with rats.

I work hard to be able to afford to live in a decent neighborhood, where I want my child at the neighborhood school making neighborhood friends so my child doesn’t grow up in the ghetto or white trash culture. The neighborhood is about 90% white. It isn’t a race issue. If a minority works hard and chooses to live in our neighborhood, his or her children belong at the school as well. I can’t help the fact that most minorities that make a good living choose not to move into my neighborhood and they have no room to complain about their schools when they choose to have their kids in the ghetto culture.
I do feel sorry for the mom that works at McDonalds and wants the best for her child and out of the ghetto but doesn’t have the intelligence to do better, but that doesn’t mean we should bus her whole neighborhood in. Magnet programs work in this case. If the parent cares enough to go through the application process and better their child’s application, the child is not likely to be a problem.
I realize not all blacks are like that but if you compare them to white counterparts as a whole the truth will emerge and its not because white people are bathing in large swaths of money; its just a cultural difference with our priorities in different order.

The bottom line is that whites, irrespective of their ideology or social class, do not want to have their children in a largely black environment. Liberals, whether in the 1970s or the 2010s, are hypocritical in this matter. However, common sense and the instinct to protect their children often prevail, even among leftists.
Liberals created the black subculture as a foil for the Christian-based Western culture.
And they use the club of “racism” to beat Western/Christians over the head.
There is Gresham’s economic law “Bad money pushes out the good”. I have a Gresham’s law of culture: “Bad culture tends to push out the good”.
Applied to diversity, when you mix everything up, everything tends to entrophy into chaos and then you have a race to the bottom in behavior and values. That is why during the LA Riots, you saw a fair # of white people joining in the looting. When one group does something bad and gets away with it, others will imitate the practice.
Also there’s the “clean glove in a mud puddle” analogy.

I wasn’t trying to be PC, I was trying to abstract the analysis away from the actual concrete examples that we see every day because the concrete carries emotional, historic, and yes, politically incorrect connotations.

As a parent, I try to send my children to the best schools that I can afford and are aligned with my worldview. Any parent who intentionally "reintegrates" their children at he expense of their children's education loves their politics more than their children.
Unprosperous Negro parents want their children to go to schools where they do not compare badly to the student body as a whole and want their kids to have a better chance at nominal success. The more prosperous of any race or ethnicity desire their children to go to the perceived academically better schools and to schools where their children are physically safer from assault and less exposed to drugs.
Move them to Cleveland. They will then be Cleveland Indians.
Any parents who actually care about their kids beyond being social ornaments have their kids in public, parochial, or home school.
