Employer mandates and penalties exist only in states with ACA subsidies, which are only available through state-based exchanges. Most individuals will also be exempt from the mandate and penalties because there's no "affordable" (subsidized) coverage.

Hope for a good outcome in King vs. Burwell, but we still need to fight on at the state level to prevent expansion.

Don’t worry - We have a Federal Reserve which issues a fiat currency and can print money to monetize government debt and manipulate interest rates to keep that Government debt cheap. Its how the nanny-state is kept afloat

Its the path of least resistance for politicians, and why they don’t need to make difficult choices about spending or social issues.

Therefore, the exchanges or Obamacare will eventually get all the money they need.

You’re relying on the courts??

The courts are near the top rung of Mystery Babylon.

They mostly exist to demolish our society.

Rush said the other day that RINOs in Congress are preparing to rescue the subsidies if the case DOES go our way.

Big Insurance apparently likes to collect massive taxpayer subsidies via this corrupt law. And Republicans appear ready to do their bidding.

“Obama’s Exchanges are in Trouble”

“... the exchanges or Obamacare will eventually get all the money they need.”

Of course! And, hasn’t that been the plan all along?

Sad to hear the GOP wants to do their bidding.

As I understand it, this case has to do with states choosing no to set up Obamacare exchanges, so the federal government did so in those states. But the legislation states that “the state” is the entity to set up exchanges.

I would love to see the liberal choke on this. They imposed a gargantuan 2000 page bill on us, a bill which nobody had read or completely understood. They insisted that it had to be done this way. Now they come back and say it was a mere technical error in language which indicated that a state was the entity to set up the exchange, rather than the federal government.

Seems to me we wouldn’t have these problems in the first place, if Congress didn’t pass monstrosities with 2000 pages unread and not understood.

What does it say about Democrats, that they had what they call a technical error in their utopian Obamacare legislation in the first place?????

There are nearly 11,000 pages of regulations in the ACA/Obamacare boondoggle....and this is a news story? Obamacare is nothing but trouble and expensive and expanding because of the lack of understanding what this mammoth political cess pool is about/how to use it.

Tell your elected to De-fund Obamacare and repeal the Affordable Care Act POST-HASTE!

That’s not funny. Roberts’ court will okay a third term.

Whatever is done to dismantle the negative aspects of ocare needs to be done carefully, else more damage will be done to the healthcare sector. I think a first step is allow people to opt for major medical policies, within or without ocare involvement.

Get rid of the “extra” requirements applied to all of the medical coverages via ACA too.

What does it say about the ACA itself, that it had to be "passed" to find out what was in it? We could say the same thing about a bowel movement.

(I am not the first to notice the similarity.)

Yup. They’ll take the country down before they allow funding to become an issue.

He already mentioned, he's not running for anything any more.

He'll just appoint himself.
