On Tuesday, after Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) decided to allow a vote on a “clean” Homeland Security funding bill without provisions to defund President Barack Obama’s executive amnesty, Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) warned his colleagues about the dangers of caving to Obama and Democrats and hoping the courts will ultimately intervene.

Honestly, they hope the courts don’t intervene.
Maybe Ted Cruz can drum up enough republicans to not pass it.
If there is a stay on the enactment, then the vote is really irrelevent no? The court ruling changes the complexion of things. Still why not have a vote?

Obama desperately does NOT want to have to veto this because then Congress can say that the courts are the only remaining solution.

I wish we could talk Jeff Sessions into running for President.
I would have full confidence that he would stem the invasion and restore the rule of law.

Cruz has been fighting for us alongside Jeff Sessions, but even he wants to increase H1b visas.
The solution is so easy. Pass a “clean bill” send it to conference, place the anti-amnesty info back in the bill and “deem” it is passed by a voice vote just like the Dems did! What’s the problem?

He’s my senator and I love him.....My dad met him right out of law school when he came into the Federal Courthouse as a USADA....”adopted” him right away.....until the day my dad died he loved Jeff and always bragged about him....

The regime, which reflects the commands of the oligarchs, want the court to decide because they own one or more judges on the highest bench. Roberts is barry’s bitch.
