I didn’t vote for the FCC. How do they get to write laws over things for which they have been granted no control?

F The FCC!

Obama vs. the entire United States, and Obama’s corruption and megalomania are going to win, f*cking up the Internet forever.

Yet another Obama triumph in his march to weaken, and ultimately destroy, the United States.

In this day of instant communication, there is no need to pass something under the cover of darkness unless it is unacceptable to a reasonable man. Obamacare taught us that and look how hard it is to get rid of. If passed, Congress must take action to reverse whatever is done, not on content but on principle. However, I am fairly confident that a 360 page document has numerous onerous provisions and that the public will not be happy once daylight prevails.

It just goes to prove that one strategically placed mole can do more damage than thousands of troops could ever hope to do...

So, based on what I am reading here, freerepublic will cease to exist in a year so as they use net neutrality to squeeze it out of bandwidth and or trace packets to their source and slowly imprison free thinkers much like the soviets did.

Congress needs to overturn the new rules, and attach it to a must-pass bill so that Obama either has to veto some essential bill or sign a rescission of his own “net neutrality” rules.

Congress seems to be supportive of the bill due to their silence.

And I guarantee you all the "hipsters" who like to b*tch and whine about "government oppression" are just fine with this . . . as is the ACLU, whose whole excuse for protecting the burning of the American flag is that it is "political speech."

The "hippie anarchists" of the 60s have grown up . . . and they were never anarchists.

The fact that this document has not been leaked to public speaks volumes about the political make of the entire FCC.
