The response should be legislation to overturn the FCC action (Marsha blackburn says she will sponsor) however obama would just veto it. The carriers will sue but the court action will take a long time. Not sure what happens in interim.

The DNC are claiming that the 10’th district court in DC is saying that a challenge has a very low chance of a successful outcome- and knowing the ineptness of the GOP, I suspect they will screw up the case somehow and then say “Oh well, we tried- reelect me next year”
I sit here STUNNED that we just became Russia, N. Korea, China, Saudi Arabia etc- where the government just takes control of soemthign they have NO right taking control of, for the purpose of controlling what is said, where people can go, and what they pay- it’s just another MASSIVE illegal money/power grab
