Here is Bill Gates, at the TED, saying CO2 warms the planet and that he hopes to depopulate of the Earth by 10 to 15% through NEW vaccines.
This is the crux of the Global Warming Movement/Climate Change rubbish/CO2 tax... That's right depopulation.

It is rare for someone who has a genius level gift in one area to be smart in other respects. In fact, they are often extremely stupid in those areas. However, if one has money, those who want a piece of that wealth will convince the wealth holder that he/she is a God and therein lies a multitude of sufferings for the common folks. Bill Gates, obviously, is a fool. It is alarming that people like him have so much money that they can buy whatever they want from politicians or even countries, putting the whole world into jeopardy. Surely, God has a plan for times like these.
Need to get the message out there.

You are correct on that point. Many tech companies outsource rather than bring in new local talent.
Even if the communication issues are debilitating, you can hire 4 of them to every American worker. Many execs see it as the ability to throw more bodies at a task. Any issues become the PM's problem once they have the available resources in manpower on a project.

Sadly, there’s an American idea out there that if a man is smart in one area he will be smart in all areas. Totally untrue, of course, and Gates is the scary product of that idea.
The problems that he has the money to do it. He already has dibs on Common Core and the publishing companies that are teaching our kids how to be good third worl itizens in every subject from K-college. IK imagine he also has ties to pharma companies that produce the vaccines.

I’m okay with depopulation as long as it is of the underclass. That’s the way it had always been, until the industrial revolution.
They have been caught sterilizing women with vaccines in South America and Africa. The Catholics nailed them.
He really seems like a brilliant scientist when he doesn’t know the difference between delta (change) and sigma (sum).
Also, if we need to bring it to zero, popuation control can’t be part of an answer. Here, he’s arguing about the futility of population control leading to solving global warming.
