I think that declaration will come sooner. Obama and his accomplices just have to set up a major disaster or crisis — an act of terrorism perhaps — so he can declare martial law and suspend elections. If there is a real conservative running for president, the scenario will have to happen before November 2016. The commies are scared to death of real conservatives.

If things continue as they are we're all going to be (unwillingly) operating outside the law anyhow. Those who don't will be fondly remembered.
You might want to start watching re-runs of "Sons of Anarchy" to get an view of the new reality that is taking shape around us.
