Yes, I understand what you are saying about the history of the persecution. If we are now civilized, it is time to stop the persecution of the Jews. It makes no sense today.
Well, thank you. I’m glad to see someone admit that the persecution of Jews is an evil endeavor.
I can understand why some people who are mentally lazy find it convenient to slip into old stereotypes - it simplifies the world for them. What I find very difficult to understand is the callousness and cruelty of some of the anti-Semitic rhetoric used by some of the commentators. They take pleasure in malice.
