State Department Spokesperson Jen Psaki refused to answer whether Hillary had signed the State Department's separation agreement when she left the department.
A Former DOJ attorney Shannen Coffin believes that Hillary Clinton committed a crime if she signed the Department's Form SF-109 STATE-USIA Separation Form and still retained 50,000 emails on her private server.
All employees of the State Department are required to sign a document called the SF-109 STATE-USIA Separation Form upon the end of their employment with the department.
When asked if Hillary Clinton signed the form, Psaki said: "I think this has been asked, it was more than two years ago; I don't have an update on that specific question at this point;."
It's just a yes or no question, Ms. Psaki.
It's not more complicated than that -- and we will all know the answer soon when the dozens of outstanding FOIA requests are answered.
Apparently, the Department is committed to dragging out and lengthening this scandal for as long as possible.

If she didn’t sign it, why was the special favor granted? Someone else would have been in on this to permit the requirement not to be “required.”

Its more than just about whether Hillary did public business on her private e-mail server now.
I’m sure Killary’s SF-109 STATE-USIA Separation Form, is in the same trash can with John Kerry’s SF-180.

A) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.
The way I was following it last night, it sounds like she is in deep trouble either way. If she did sign it, then she lied and/or failed to comply. If she didn’t sign it, WHY NOT?
I predict that she’ll have some health emergency “soon”, that makes her unavailable (again) for any further scrutiny or questioning.
