Having ancestors on both sides of the Irish Sea, I get the joke!
My Irish ancestors invented Whiskey, but I have to admit, my Scottish ancestors perfected it.
As for the pipes, every time I sip a good single malt, I hear the pipes. They are playing outlawed tunes on outlawed pipes, God Bless them!

No call for the new ride. I was going to call at noon, but needed to come home and feed my Mom. Knees were not cooperating. (Then I forgot.) Just got her settled in the living room and I’ll feed her in a bit. I really don’t want her in bed for 24 hours.

We had great weather yesterday, and
today we'll get near 70, which is
a little too warm too quickly.
Then, nosedive back to seasonal temps of 50s.
Gonna make my rounds. Please stay.
Grab a cup of joe or tasty tea.
Chat with the military and/or the family they left behind.
The FR Canteen is
Come on in and sit for a while.
There's always plenty of coffee, tea,
pancakes,
conversation,
silliness,
and plain old BS
And sometimes, green beer.
