HONOLULU (AP) — A sprawling beachfront home used in the filming of the 1980s television show "Magnum, P.I." has been sold for $8.7 million.
An attorney for President Barack Obama's close friend Marty Nesbitt said Thursday that his client bought the property. Seth Madorsky says Nesbitt didn't have any partners or co-investors in the deal.

I’ve read they were nasty dogs. And they weren’t the same ones all 8 years.
If it’s his, may it rockslide into the ocean, or be buried under molten lava. Prefereably while they are all there.
My family and I checked out that place a few years back. No one kept it up at all, quite dilapidated, we were disappointed.

Here’s how it will probably work, they will commandeer it for the sake of his safety. Which is a bummer because it’s a beautiful, calm place to take little kids to learn to swim.

Everything I read so far, seems to indicate that some “entities” in Chicago are involved. My guess, they’re trying real hard to get Barry’s so called Library located there and are setting up sweeteners for the deal, so he doesn’t run off to New York.
Of course Barry and the Mooch being the grifters that they are, are going to be playing both sides against each other. I imagine the Mooch won’t settle for anything less than her own personal 747 and free vacations at 5 star resorts for the rest of her life.
Barry is obligated to keep her in a style of which she’s become accustomed after all, even if he does run off with Reggie.
There’s a model airplane field near there where you can fly model rockets, too!
I think a great thing about Hawaii is that all shoreline is public.
There won’t be if Obama moves in.
