The race is on.

Scott Walker is expected by everyone to run for President, and already has formed an exploratory committee.

Ted Cruz is set to announce on Monday that he’s running, skipping the exploratory stage.

These are two Legal Insurrection favorites based on prior polling, so let’s see how it sorts out.

Steel Cage match up. Only one exits this poll standing.

If Scott Walker and Ted Cruz were the only choices, who would you choose?

For President: Scott Walker or Ted Cruz? (Poll Closed)

Scott Walker 36.43% (1,379 votes)

Ted Cruz 63.57% (2,406 votes)

Total Votes: 3,785

"If we must have an enemy at the head of Government, let it be one whom we can oppose, and for whom we are not responsible, who will not involve our party in the disgrace of his foolish and bad measures." - Alexander Hamilton

"We don't intend to turn the Republican Party over to the traitors in the battle just ended. We will have no more of those candidates who are pledged to the same goals as our opposition and who seek our support. Turning the Party over to the so-called moderates wouldn’t make any sense at all." -- President Ronald Reagan

"A thing moderately good is not so good as it ought to be. Moderation in temper is always a virtue; but moderation in principle is always a vice." - Thomas Paine 1792

"It does not take a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men." - Samuel Adams

"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen." - Samuel Adams

They’re trying to split the conservative vote already, I see.

I would be happy with either one as VP and the other as POTUS. We have a strong field of candidates this time around, thank God.

Yep. Get Ted to run as POTUS and Walker to run as VP and there will be no stopping them. If Walker can be humble enough to do it. I know it would be difficult but America is fighting for its life at the moment.

I’ll toast that notion tonight with a fine single malt. May pull out the 18 to do so!

[They’re trying to split the conservative vote already, I see.]

Hopefully TED CRUZ will have the conservative vote tied up before the other candidates get in the race.

All Cruz has to do is appeal to the Hispanic vote and Obama’s very stupid move on illegal amnesty will bite him in the a$$ so hard Reggie won’t come near him for years...: )

I was just going to say that the presidential match isn't a cage match, and we can have both.

Makes their little liberal heads blow up.

Either one would be great...and I got two cabinet members for the Cruz/Walker administration.

For energy: Rick Perry (He would be great as energy sec.)

For commerce: Donald Trump (or Mark Cuban, if you really want to go out on a limb. Both of them would be great)

Humility doesn’t even need to come into play. The usual way it is done, is just to have the two candidates make an arrangement not to attack each other, and when the convention comes, whoever has the least delegates will endorse the other and become the VP pick.

If Walker and Cruz’s people aren’t already talking some arrangement like that, then they are fools.

Good strategy. They need to do this for America. We need to kick those that hate America back to those places they so love (even though they wanted to live in such an evil country like America). We have no use or need for them.

Cruz is going to be President in 2017, I think he has already selected his VP and his entire cabinet and his administration will be the power house needed to restore, protect, defend and promote world wide our Constitutional Free Republic.

Right now their is a wall between America and Washington a strong wall built by the Progressive Liberal Democrat/Rino Communist Party, Cruz will proclaim to these enemies of our Republic...Tear Down This Wall... and then proceed to be the wrecking ball not waiting for a response.

Yeah!!
Walker would be a pretty good VP to Cruz who has the credentials required to slap down the educrats out there who think you gotta have a sheepskin.

Walker has enough backbone for both of them. He’s also Clean and Articulate *grinz*

But I’d take these two either way they present themselves.

Walker Cruz
Cruz Walker

IMAGINE!!
