Garnett is, like most liberals, completely pro-choice. He approves of the choice to kill an unborn child, if that is what the mother chooses, and even if someone other than the mother makes that choice. He's a classic democrat.
If the pregnant woman had been my wife, then being prosecuted for murder would be the LEAST of this vile criminal’s concerns.

I’m sure there are several lesser crimes with which she can and will be charged.
In theory thanks to the USSC, they can tax you, say, $100,000 if you have a child. So no they cannot (yet) force you to have an abortion but they can make it unbearably (more) expensive... like they did with Obamacare. “You are free to do what you want, but if you don’t do what we ask you pay a tax.”
