Voter participation in the “No Cop” zones will jump up to 110% or more.

These are normal, daily "police checks", not part of some "Dragnet" to capture fleeing ban robbers.
To: lifeofgrace
Really? They will get what they want, uncontrolled crime. Then the City will become a giant slum like third world countries.

I like the idea, no cop zone. People like Obama, Hillary, IRS employees, can escape there to avoid prosecution. But it must be fenced, to keep the cops out.

No cop zone = No business zone. Even the useful liberal idiots will flee.Bingo!
When I laid over at Hickam Air Force Base back in 2013 on my way to Guam, we visited Waikiki Beach.
The Rest of Honolulu literally looked like a Third World Country. but about Two Miles from the Beach we crossed a small "bridge(?)" over a drainage system and SHAZAM Really Really Really Nice and Fancy Area.
And there were Cops EVERYWHERE, even down back alleys.
They know that you have to keep the Tourists (and Their Money) safe, other wise they won't be coming back.

In many places police are simply zookeepers there to keep the people safe from the animals.

We need to hurry and get Mars colonized so we can send those idiots up there, where “NO GUNS ALLOWED” will be the order of the day. Good place to test out their theory.

Why go through the trouble of colonizing? Just pack them into the rocket and aim it toward Mars.

What a shame, I remember speaking to one dude about NYC back then, and he said that yeah in the 80’s and 90’s there was violence but man there was life, night-life and culture not the far left hipster-commie crap that NYC has became.

Like in Monaco....cops at every street corner.
No of cops = no of intersections X 4 (allowing for 24/7 coverage and vacations)

Build a wall around the city and let the feral rats fight it out.
After it’s done, fill the walled in section with water.
