I’m still grumpy at PA for not supporting Toomey against Specter in 2004... and then Toomey takes Specter on again in 2010, and Specter shows his true colors by running to the DEM party (and losing). Bush and Santorum both opposed Toomey in 2004, supporting Specter instead. SMH

Martina White won because of a rift in the Dems. Ward leaders wanted one candidate, unions wanted another. When the ward leaders got their way, several unions bolted to the GOP candidate. The guy who used to have the seat before he won the House race for the 13th is a big union dude.

And the key ward leader in question also is the Lt. Governor.

Areas like Philadelphia where voter fraud is likely rampant swing races toward Democrats. That’s hard to overcome.

LOL, sure.

That makes the traitorous GOP *so* much better.

Let’s face it - there is no party that represents that decent people of this country anymore. There’s just a bicephalous party for the rent-seekers, faggots, and other assorted misfits.

True, but I am still disappointed in Toomey for supporting gays in the military. How can he call himself conservative and support that. I of course want him to win in 2016 which will be harder then in 2010 when he won due to Presidential year.

As the Republican wave continues its spread into Democratic territory...really? -after electing that lefty tax-the-productive-oil-drillers-and-send -the money-to-the-teachers'-unions-in-Philly-and-Pittsburgh 'rat just six months ago? - my native state really should get its head on straight one of these days......

George Bush was as liberal in 1988 as he was in 1992.
