True, but that wasn’t dude’s point. I’ve never paid more than $30 for sneakers in my life, and probably never will. The $400 pairs aren’t any better than mine, IMO.
And those LEAST able to afford it are buying the $400 sneakers.
Some people are poor for a reason. It’s not just a static “status.”
I’ve paid over $100, but those are for New Balances that were made in America and are orthopedically correct. If they are the imported NBs, it’s much less than $100.
True, but that wasn’t dude’s point....I don’t have a point, but $400 sneaks are beyond the pale. The only ones wearing them (that you see) are the ones who killed for them, stole them or were given to them for pushing drugs for other people.
