When plotting his political comeback after his election defeat, Bill Clinton just happened to pick, of all the millions of Baptist churches in Arkansas, the one which ensured he would be seen on TV singing in the choir. He seems to have misread Matt. 5.6 (praying where you can be seen by people is not the behavior Jesus was recommending).
Interesting that Betsy Wright’s name came up, vouching for Bill’s Christian bona fides. If memory serves, Betsy Wright was in charge of quashing “bimbo eruptions” in Slick’s first presidential campaign.
I’m sure glad God is in charge of sorting everything out, and not I. The story of how Bill walked the aisle as a kid, and prayed to accept Christ, sounds genuine, and far be it from me to cast aspersions on it. Where my knees get wobbly is not even the philandering and that kind of stuff, although that’s bad enough. And having a tryst with a willing partner is one thing; but the reports of Bill’s numerous rapes; and then having goons stalk the victims to discourage them reporting any of it; leads to much more serious doubts.
Another point where my jaw clenches tight and I have to suck air through my clenched teeth, is at the reports of all the murders and stuff that he and Shrillary instigated to prevent ANYTHING or ANYONE from derailing their political ambitions.

This is evidence that if a man is not chosen, there is no appreciable, legitimate change in his life. “I chose you, you did not choose me.” Lots of “decisions for Christ” are just men being stirred to “follow Jesus”...but they are not among the elect. They spring up and die off.
From what I’ve seen, religion was just a scoundrel’s tool for Clinton. He used it when convenient to cover his sins and further his political ambitions. That being said, he may well believe in a Judeo-Christian G-d. In contrast, I think Obama is an atheist with deep Muslim sympathies.
These sudden public appearancee by Monica aren't coincidental. Hillary and company don't want any sympathy for Monica so they're making sure she's set up - her "anti-bullying" pulpit-celebrity will make sure that she keeps her mouth shut (so to speak).
