Definitely. The insurance companies are not kidding about not wanting to provide maternity care. I vividly remember my first gyn visit after moving here...overheard the doc arguing on the phone about when a woman got pregnant - she had been added to her new husband’s health plan after they were married, & the ins co was trying to say she was pregnant before she got married & the doc was disagreeing. Horrifying.
But once they figure out that they may be turning away a lot of potential abortions that they could cover, they will change their minds....
Jen you ignorant slut, if you're invincible you don't need no stinkin' insurance.
“HHS Secretary Sylvia Mathews Burwell said the agency does not have the legal authority to establish pregnancy as an exceptional circumstance to create a special enrollment period.”
Since when does ‘legal authority’ matter with this administration?
