Talk about blaming the victims!
Outrage is growing over a Kentucky judge who let a home invader who robbed a family at gunpoint off with probation after a openly criticizing the victims for letting their child be afraid of black men because of the crime.
Judge Olu Stevens of the Jefferson Circuit Court appeared even more offended by the victim impact statements offered by the family who was robbed than he was by the fact that a crime had been committed at all.

A racist black judge is offended that a 3 year old is afraid of black men after the child was terrorized by black men. So naturally the only thing to do is lecture the parents and turn the perp loose.

It is not just kids affected by experiential fears. When you get shot at a lot and scared witless as in war, it is called Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome.

#1 The judge has no way of knowing what is in this woman’s heart. Even if his assumption is correct (which I doubt), it’s entirely irrelevant to the crime. This woman could be the Grand Keagle of the KKK Auxillary, and she would still be a victim of a vicious and violent crime.
#2 It’s very easy to see how a traumatized 3-year old might associate all black people with the actions of these two scumbags. All she knows is that a person who looks a certain way tried to hurt her, and her mommy and daddy. My oldest niece was terrified of any movie from Tri-Star pictures as a little kid. She inadvertently saw a scary movie from them at some point, and thereafter whenever she say the “charging pegasus” logo come on the screen, she’d run and hide behind a chair or into the next room.
This judge is a bonehead, and his decision needs to be overturned (if that’s possible).
because the judge is an emotional racist and this is what is going to tear our society apart. Thin skinned ignorant leftists who have no concept at all of equal justice under the law.
This judge is not only a racist, but has failed to carry out the law since the admitted perp committed a crime with a gun and had prior arrests and convictions.
He should have been given the most time allowed by law.
Recall this POS ASAP and make sure that racist judges of any kind are not allowed to serve in our court system, even the Supreme Court.
Justice is supposed to be “blind” and so is the judge.
That’s aggravated robbery, a felony that requires jail time.

Good God! I don’t know which is worse, his original decision and attitude, or the fact he is writing lengthy statements on Facebook defending himself and lashing out at his critics.
There are NOT the actions of a “judge” but of an ignorant hack.
Violent black robs family at gunpoint. Family subsequently fears black people. Fear re-affirmed when racist black judge sides with black criminal and victimizes them again.
