The solution is the Balfour Declaration, where England partitioned the Palestine Mandate into two parts, one Jewish, on Arab. Jordan is the Arab one. Time to move all the Philistini to Jordan or the Sinai.

Well, the Palestinians have already poisoned their Arab welcome in Jordan. Yasser Arafat's PLO tried to stage a coup in Jordan to topple the royal family and murder them. The King Hussein of Jordan turned the wrath of the Jordanian Army on the PLO and was on his way to exterminating them until Arafat ran to the UN for help. Eventually, Arafat and Company were allowed to evacuate to Lebanon, where they started a civil war that lasted 20 years. No, Jordan will not accept rabid Palestinians. That leaves the desert wastes if the Sinai Peninsula. That's a fitting place for these animals, provided you've surrounded them with a lethal cage to contain them.
