There were few positive signs for the White House Friday as President Barack Obama’s latest executive actions on immigration were debated in front of a federal appeals court.
During more than two hours of oral arguments before the 5th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals in New Orleans, Obama’s own statements about his immigration moves were used by a Republican-appointed judge to put a Justice Department lawyer on the defensive.

Against the will of the people and of congress, Obama with a wave of his hand gave amnesty to illegals .
Obama unconstitutionally ordered the FCC to impose SOROS “net neutrality” regulations on the internet which will lead to our loss of the greatest invention and our freedom.
This dictator needs to be impeached , jailed and tried for treason.

Verdict first, trial after! Personally, I'd try the first and THEN punish him.

It is common to jail a person before trial. All that's necessary is probable cause. The pretrial jailing is not punishment.
And I use Ad Block Plus and Ghostery and am never bothered by any of that stuff.

He knows that few, if any, Republicans are willing to take the heat for sending "mothers and children" back across the border. Imagine the photo propaganda of crying women and children being loaded on planes and buses, let alone the riots that would ensue.
Meanwhile every illegal female over the age of 12 is probably pregnant with an American citizen anchor baby guaranteeing a lifetime of welfare on the teat of the taxpayer.
And even if the illegals don't vote their American children will in 18 yrs.

It’s happening not just here but the M.E. and African populations are on the move....it’s like there’s a huge ‘forced immigration’ to distribute the third world people’s into Europe, here and more advanced cultures. Conflicts being used to hurd populations regardless of loss of life or strains on host nations taking them in. Meanwhile disposing Nation leaders as it goes.

This criminal has as much respect for a court order as he has for the Constitution.
It's just so astounding they have no concerns or thought of people who are loosing their life.....”the end justifies the means”...is prevalent and beyond even that. Besides each one of them have to maintain their own alliances and seats at the global table to worry about the common man.

I tried Ghostery long ago but it locked up my system. That was also before Win7. Does it prevent runaway Shockwave flash processes I frequently encounter on some sites?
