Although "dead broke," Bill and Hillary Clinton bought the $5.95 million mansion in Chappaqua, Westchester County, New York in 1999, after they left the WH. The house was built in 1889, has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and is 5,232 square feet. The house is now estimated to be worth $6.84 million.

The Clintons paid $2.85 million for this Washington DC house in the Observatory Circle neighborhood. The Georgian Colonial is 5,152 square feet, has four bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, and is a half mile away from the Vice Presidential residence at the Naval Observatory.

As so often with Hillary, one is struck by the sheer strangeness of the lie...

It's easy to put together the jagged pieces known as the Clintons...when you recognize their every move is designed to maximize donations to the $2.5 billion Clinton Foundation.

Hillary's weird rollout in an unmarked black van w/ only Huma in attendance, the weird video stop at Chipotle, the staged listening sessions....

All of that is targeted to donors---to reassure them she's in the race and it won't be long til she wields the presidential pen and they'll all get payback w/ plenty of interest.

The rallying cry for Hillary's bid for the WH? "Time to hijack another US agency.....the US Treasury."

We support them because they convince us they are superior creatures. They are, in fact, plaguing demons.
We will always elect such people to lead us. We are gullible and we have the same streak of madness in us that is full blown in these kinds of leaders.
Once in a generation we stumble into true greatness. I pray this is that time. We may be too deeply mired in corruption to extricate ourselves to see any way out. I do not believe this is true.
There are an increasing number of people who are standing in the breach, demanding a return to sanity, truth and goodness. Pray we listen.

Exactly right. They'd never acknowledge it, but they are practical solipsists. They're not completely insane, but they reject reality whenever it contradicts their desires.

She says the things she says for a reason. Everything she says is poll-tested. Focus-grouped. She knows not everyone who hears her lies are going to hear THAT they are lies.

I was on a focus group once. The facilitator of the meeting would give us a list of 3X5 cards that had one sentence statements on them that were similar and then asked us which statement most closely represents our thoughts on a particular topic.

The statements were then whittled down to the top two or three and voted on again. These statements had to do with the importance of improving and reinforcing levees in a flood plain such as the one we live in.

A few weeks later, we got a beautiful, glossy pamphlet in the mail on the need for a new government agency to oversee the improvements on the levees in our region. Never mind that our levees are always being worked on. For some reason we needed a new bureaucracy to oversee it.

Included in the pamphlet were the statements our focus group most agreed on.

It was one huge brainwashing exercise.

Needless to say, my fellow citizens voted to tax ourselves (those of us who were homeowners or business owners) to fund a whole new bureaucracy to deal with something that was already being dealt with.

The same thing is going on with Hitlery and Preezy Obola.

Everything statement they utter is focus-grouped to determine which tingles the ears of the most listeners knowing full well that most of the people who heard the statement will never learn that the statement is an out-and-out lie.

You can't unring the bell. And if the bell had a pleasing sound to you, nothing will take the pleasure away.

They do not operate in a vacuum.

They are cunnning, very secretive, and out only for themselves.

That may work if those running the focus group are honest with themselves and their client. If they pick a focus group that is not representative of the country, but rather just have a bunch of liberal head nodders, they will produce quite a few clunkers that sound good to hard core leftists but are awful for everyone else. And I suspect that anyone who tells Hillary that “the dogs just aren’t eating the dog food” will be in the next bowl of kibble.

A simpler answer is it is the same crap Brian Williams got caught at.

Lying to make herself look bigger than she is, to garner more sympathy from others, and to make herself feel good about herself, because she does know deep down, or unconsciously at least, she’s a no-good lying sack of crap in a pantsuit.

Unfortunately for us, no one goes after her for her lies like they (eventually) did with Williams.

But bottom line, it’s just self-aggrandizing lying!
