An internal NBC News investigation of Brian Williams has so far turned up 11 instances where the truth-challenged anchor “embellished” details of his reporting adventures, according to a new report.
Previous counts had numbered Williams’ whoppers at a half-dozen.

He’s fired, it’s just a matter of getting the lawyers to make sure to do it legally.
He’s done. There never was a chance he would be coming back. NBC already knew when they suspended him that they had enough other instances to fire him. It was just a matter of rolling it out in a way that minimizes the damage to NBC.
One way they do that, and avoid a lawsuit from Brian, is to have his coworkers urge his firing (which they have done, according to a recent article), and then roll out his other infractions a bit at a time. It’s a slow, painful exercise in destroying his reputation to the point where all he can wish for is anonymity.
...and yet MSNBC is still on the air. If anyone at NBC News really cared about lies, they would have pulled the plug on this years ago.
The thing is, more and more people don’t trust the MSM anymore. I certainly don’t. I don’t watch the alphabet news and seldom FOX either.
