Well stated, Mr. Steyn. You blew them away. I’m glad you’re on our side.

The donations from that Ukranian oligarch are really bad news. It hardly ever appears in print because the whole DC crowd, across the political spectrum, supports the Kiev coup initiated by the US State Dept and the support the US is still giving to the coup government.

It wouldn't take much for that situation to cause a world war, and it followed those donations.

Oh, it’s way beyond the usual “corruption.” For quite some time the Demonicrat regime, including HilLIARy and the RINO buttboys, have been carrying out in-your-face treason—giving aid and comfort to the enemy. And the fifth-column media has been singing praises for these traitors.

“Clean out the Augean Stables” might work, except that most people have no idea what the Augean Stables were, and you’d have PETA coming after you for cruelty to horses and the EPA demanding an environmental impact statement.

I'm sorry to say it, but the rioters in Baltimore et al. are correct. We need a revolution and the police have chosen their side.

Good piece as always by Steyn, but it also contained a revelation - at least for me. Though I'm an avid reader of FR, I had never heard of the John Doe investigations in Wisconsin. I'm shocked, truly shocked.

There is much about the US system of governance that is just too convoluted for someone not living in the US to understand.

But, please, can someone explain to me how a law like the John Doe Investigation can exist in any free state? And when it so obviously was abused why did not the legislature stop it? There was a Republican governor, but did he have a Democrat congress, or were the congressmen just sitting on their hands?

Steyn doesn’t seem to have written much in recent months. What’s he up to?

This piece is spot-on...an excellent summary of the corruption top-to-bottom in fed gov.

“Hose Out The Sewers” — that could work.

Steyn has given us THE name for this scandal:

Let us USE it, EVERYWHERE.

Once again, I want to give a shout out to Cardinal Joseph Bernardin for his tireless campaign to keep Catholics voting for pro-abortion politicians. Without the votes of Catholics for pro-abortion politicians, we would not have Nancy Pelosi, John Kerry, Joe Biden, Barack Obama, and, of course, the Rapist and Cankles.

All these pro-abortion politicians owe thanks to Cardinal Bernardin’s “Seamless Garment,” the theory that pro-life politicians want to starve children, grind the face of the poor, and blow up the world, and that pro-abortion politicians will govern with compassion, mercy, and justice, and give us world peace.

Thanks go, of course, to the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops who have tirelessly pushed Catholics to vote for pro-abortion politicians for 45 years, OFFICIALLY voted themselves the authority, in 2004, to commit the mortal sin of giving Communion to pro-abortion politicians.
