State’s Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby said Friday she has probable cause to file criminal charges in the much publicized death of 25-year-old Freddie Gray who died while in police custody.
Six officers, including a lieutenant and a sergeant, have been suspended after the incident. Gray suffered a spinal injury and died after riding in a police transport van that made several stops.
On Thursday, Baltimore’s police officials said they turned over their initial report to prosecutors — a day earlier than expected.

If the cops are doing a FI (Field Investigation) on you, and you decide to high tail it and run away from them FOR ONE MILE FOOT CHASE, expect to have some very PO’d cops when they catch up with you. Can you be arrested for running from the cops although you haven’t yet been arrested? I don’t know.

If he had outstanding warrants, then an arrest would be legal. But they did not arrest him for outstanding warrants, but for the bogus “switchblade” charge.
I have not seen the outstanding warrants charge. Where did you find it. I wish I had found it before. It seems very relevant.

We have to separate the police conduct from the rioting, and treat them as two distinct issues.

What is your source for the claim that the police had an arrest warrant (much less four outstanding warrants). Certainly not his arrest report, which says nothing about any warrant.
Freddie was thrashing around to beat himself up and ran into a bolt that snapped his spine. That’s it — That’s all. Free the cops now!! We need millions in the streets!!In every city!!
What evidence is there that he was thrashing around to beat himself up? Speculation is not evidence.

It's possible. It was also possible that Zimmerman set out to murder a black child for the fun of it. It's possible that Brown did have his hands up in surrender.
But... that's not what any of this is about.... these are individual cases that need to be addressed on a case by case basis by those in charge of their respective local governments.
The bigger picture that is being painted for us is the desire to institute something on a much bigger scale. There's a desire to transfer wealth from the white population over to the minority population, and to transfer control of government and all other means of power.
Decades of welfare, housing assistance, excessive spending on education and all the other programs and efforts to lift blacks up onto their own feet have failed. Incremental increases are no longer seen as a solution. They want a wholesale transfer of power and wealth.
Look to places like Zimbabwe to see what will happen once we decide to make that transfer... that's coming here... and soon.

This case should be investigated away from Baltimore for a fair trial for all concerned.
