A Baltimore police sergeant informed his Eastern District superiors Friday afternoon that officers “are now being challenged on the street.”

[Snip]

“I have been to five calls today and three of those five calls for service; I have been challenged to a fight. Some of them I blew off but one of them almost got ugly. I don’t want anybody to say that I did not tell them what is going on. This is no intel this is really what’s going on the street. This is my formal notification. It is about to get ugly.”

Its coming to urban and suburban areas but if they try raiding into flyover country there will be a lot of unexplained disappearances because "Here there be dragons".

One person (the driver?) was charged with Second Degree Murder. All the other 5 with Manslaughter.

Should probably be Manslaughter for all.

But that's a murder charge.

They intended to harm, but did not intend to kill.

It would be no different than somebody dying on the Waterboard.

Official, illegal Police action, under color of law.

Technically, under Federal Law they could receive the death penalty.

"Are you aware of his arrest record? Are you aware he ran from the police after he was stopped?"

I believe he had been arrested about 25 times, mostly for drugs. Petty street thug.

But my understanding is he ran BEFORE they tried to detain him. Upon first sight.

That's not illegal in any of the 50 states.

Police said today on Hannity he had heroin and weed in his system.
Could have been banging himself up to charge brutality.
Another thing he said was 3 cops were black, 3 were white.
The prosecutor threw the book at them to get them into a circular firing squad and get them to rat out.

Even if you accept that, do you really think six officers are guilty?

>> murder charge.

Homicide is not necessarily murder. And if negligence is involved, than perhaps manslaughter.

Police brutality is among the most egregious of crimes, but I’m not aware of any evidence indicating that’s the case here. And I’m not saying there was no intentional abuse.

Too many in media, office, and rioting on the street don’t give a crap about the facts.

What is obvious, however, is the necessity of the 2nd Amendment.

Without cause a police officer can walk up to anybody they want. If the citizen chooses to interact with the officer that is considered a consensual encounter. If the citizen chooses to walk away, he can. Without reasonable suspicion of a crime the officer can’t impede him from going about his business. Refusal to speak to the officer can’t be used to build reasonable suspicion.

One Tuesday morning I spent my first class discussing the issue of police officers refusing to pull over black drivers because of the trouble dealing with accusations of racism. When the class was over, I went to the faculty area, and everyone was glued to the television. It was September 11, 2001.

I honestly thought everything would change. I was wrong.

Spray the rioters with a mixture of fish emulsion and runny cow manure.

“They purposely over charged to get not guilty and Rodney King style riots.”

Yep, and lets not forget it was the LA riots that helped to get Bill Clinton elected.

Also as was done with the R King video in 1991, watch for there to be a review of all complaints filed against police with the FBI for the previous 5-10 years.

If they do call for a review of the complaints filed against police with the FBI you will know Hillary is behind all of this.
