Correction, roving mobs of gay and roving mobs of black folks are running this nation- A Roving mob of say Christians or conservatives would have had water cannons poured on them, tear gas, riot gear used against us, dogs, etc
Do that, and look for “angry backlash” to come against them, including arming up from the Christians/conservatives.
Look for the case to be “thrown out”.

I stand corrected. You are of course 100% correct.
The way this stands (ahead of any hearing or trial), the officers are already convicted and now must prove their innocence at trial. The "leaders" are betting (actually they're "all in") the accused will not be able to prove their innocence and will be sentenced harshly.
If, for any reason at all, the accused are not given the maximum sentence (life imprisonment without parole is likely the only sentence the rioters and agitators will consider to be "justice") -- if they prove their innocence even though they've already been convicted, or if the sentence is reduced based on the facts that come out -- the riots we've seen in the past week or so will pale in comparison to what will happen ... and not just in Baltimore.

She’s an idiot who threw her future cred away with this overcharging, and passed the buck to the actual prosecutors who will lose the case. This will be about August, in time for nation-wide summer heat riots.
But she got her 15 minutes, that’s all that matters to her.

All of this bull**** can easily be solved by forbidding all non-black cops from entering black neighborhoods at any time. Once a non-black cop finds that a black is involved in a crime, they should be required to leave the scene immediately. We’ll see how long it takes for some attitudes to start changing.
Mob rule trumps rule of law.

I know that you have nothing against black cops. Perhaps cops of any color should not bother entering. Let the feds via marshals patrol the black neighborhoods. This should make protesters, Obama and his surrogate Sharpton happy until the poor innocents in the hood can’t take it any more.
