I wished the reporter would of asked the black something like “What position was the police officer in when he shot the kid”, now that would of been interesting. {being there are several positions a cop can take when shooting an armed criminal}.
After a major lawsuit in DC related to significant irregularities regarding arrests at a peaceful demonstration, the DC police are pretty careful. For example, 2 days ago, I saw the Baltimore police arresting a man. His hands were handcuffed behind him. They were dragging him on the ground by his arms which were pulled way back and probably hurt his shoulders a lot, and his face was dragging on the ground. If the police don’t end up with a brutality lawsuit by some enterprising lawyer who sees this clip, then I guess it will be because all the creative lawyers are in DC. Hence not likely to spread to DC.
