Boeing Gave to Clinton Causes After Hillary Steered Its Russian Contract

Boeing gave heavily to the Clinton Foundation after Hillary Clinton helped it secure a major deal with a Russian airline in 2009, author Pete Schweizer noted in his book, Clinton Cash.

The company was also involved in funding one of Clinton's pet projects at the State Department after the agency reportedly brushed aside ethical guidelines to secure a $2 million contribution.

Boeing remains a major partner of the Clinton Foundation, supporting Clinton Global Initiative projects and donating between $1 million and $5 million to the charity.

The company also gave $2 million to support the State Department's efforts to host a pavilion at the 2010 World's Fair in China, an event that became highly politicized given the "pivot to Asia" policy Obama's State Department was to pursue.

Schweizer notes a $900,000 donation from Boeing to the Clinton Foundation came on the heels of a multibillion dollar contract between the Russian government and the aerospace behemoth.

Clinton pushed for the $3.7 billion deal in Russia as part of a policy she had dubbed "economic statecraft" in which she "would use her diplomatic leverage to help American companies be more competitive overseas," Schweizer wrote.

Doesn’t matter. Bill says so. We have his word on it.

The only thing that would add to the proof that it doesn’t matter would be Geraldo Rivera, Alan Colmes, and Juan Williams coming on FoxNews and saying that, because the Clintons have said there is no corruption, we should believe them and drop the suspicions.

Bottom line: Hillary became Sec of State as a business move.

She was horrible as a diplomat, but great as a salesman of favors to corporations and foreign nations in return for $$$.

People kind of forget that Boeing did some technical consulting work for the Sukhoi SSJ100 regional jet airliner, thanks to that Clinton deal. After some early technical issues, the SSJ100 has started to sell really well, and is about to break out into the Western airline market in a big way because its wider passenger cabin compared to other regional jets avoids the narrow fuselage feel that many passengers don’t like about the Embraer E-Jets, the Bombardier CSeries, and the Mitsubishi MRJ.

That plane looks like an E170/E190 series with A320(V2500)engines and a bloated fuselage...nice looking though.

This will be spun as a jobs stimulus program, creates American jobs, blah, blah. It’s sad, but many people would buy that line. I’m ashamed, I thought like a Clinton! Please don’t ban me from FR.

Judge Gladys Kessler of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia recently ordered the State Department to produce passenger manifests from 47 overseas trips that Mrs. Clinton made as secretary of state. (Citizens United requested the manifests last July through a Freedom of Information Act Request. )

There seems to be a solid connection between:

(1) donors to the Clinton Foundation,

(2) companies receiving contracts from foreign countries, and,

(3) Clinton Foundation donors receiving favorable treatment from the State Dept.

<><> Sixty companies contributed $26 million to the Clinton Foundation.

<><> Forty four of those companies also contributed to a $3.2 billion dollar fund established at the Clinton Global Initiative (a wing of the foundation).

<><> At least 25 companies made contributions to fifteen private/public partnerships set up by ex-Pres Clinton;

And who administered all of them?.......the State Department w/ Hillary at the helm.

===========================================

Congress needs to launch multiple investigations into Hillary’s State Dept tenure including that of her confidantes:

<><> expense accounts,

<><> use of federal credit cards,

<><> their participation in the State Dept's disbursement of funds to "private contractors;"

<><>her possible collusion with the Clinton Foundation--using classified info as an instrument for fund-raising.

Hillary's official calendar, and her contact with foreign leaders. will tell the tale of donations to the foundation....and the Clintons profiteering off secret intel.
