Scott Walker is nothing but a fraud. Each new day it becomes more and more evident.
He sure is sucking in the weak minded in.
I defy anyone to listen to this video and come away with the idea Walker is on the up and up on this.
He states that if they pay a fine, a way can be found for them to stay in country.
The whole video should be watched, and particularly at 10:28.
Walker is basing his cornerstone policy for support, on a great big lie.
His policy hasn’t changed on nine years.

Synopsis - The nasty Conservative dained to comment on something St. Shrillery spake.
"Hillary Clintons full embrace of amnesty is unfair to hardworking Americans and all immigrants who followed the law to achieve the rights and privileges afforded to U.S. citizens, Walker said. And by supporting the presidents lawless executive action, Hillary Clinton once again believes shes above the law. Working families want to secure the border, enforce the law, and fix the broken legal immigration system.
Walker adds: the next president and the next Congress need to make decisions about a legal immigration system thats based on, first and foremost, on protecting American workers and American wages.
What did one flip-flopper say to the other flip-flopper?
Just read this thread...how one flip-flopper distinguishes himself from the other.
June 27, 2011: Walker Revokes In-state Tuition For Undocumented Students Attending Univ And Colleges In Wisconsin "- On Sunday, Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker (R) signed his two-year 2011-2013 budget, which included ending in-state tuition for undocumented students attending public universities and colleges. In-state tuition for undocumented students was approved two years ago by former Governor Jim Doyle (D) after the Hispanic community struggled for 10 years to pass it."...
March 2015:We strongly dispute this account. Governor Walker has been very clear that he does not support amnesty and believes that border security must be established and the rule of law must be followed. His position has not changed, he does not support citizenship for illegal immigrants, and this story line is false, she announced in an email to journalists Thursday afternoon.
I made it clear that for me, if somebody wants to be a citizen, they need to go back to their country of origin, get in line, no preferential treatment, Walker said. In terms of what to do beyond that, again, thats something we got to work with Congress on.
"The conservative movements leading media icons lined up to back Scott Walker after the media attempted to lynch him for talking tough on immigration.
After being attacked by outlets such as MSNBC, Mother Jones magazine and the Huffington Post, Walker stayed the course, telling the Quad City Times on Friday that American workers had to come first.
A couple years ago, when the unemployment rate was at incredibly high levels and labor participation was low, why would we want to flood the market with more workers? he said. So that would be a time when you would have arguably less. As the unemployment rate goes down and labor participation rates go up, the two have to go hand in hand. Then it could be conceivably more than we have today. So its not a set number.....

Townhall: Scott Walker is Right About Reducing Legal Immigration
In terms of legal immigration, how we need to approach that going forward is saying the next president and the next congress need to make decisions about a legal immigration system that's based on, first and foremost, protecting American workers and American wages, because the more I've talked to folks, I've talked to Senator Sessions and others out there but it is a fundamentally lost issue by many in elected positions today is what is this doing for American workers looking for jobs, what is this doing to wages, and we need to have that be at the forefront of our discussion going forward. Scott Walker
It doesnt matter if your ancestors came over on the Mayflower or if you became a citizen yesterday. An American citizen is an American citizen is an American citizen. However, theres a world of difference between an American citizen and a foreigner. We owe American citizens a lot. We owe foreigners very little.
With that in mind, the first question that should asked when it comes to our legal immigration policy is, Is this policy good for the Americans that are already here?
According to Gallup, 39% of Americans want less immigration and only 7% want more, so to the larger plurality of Americans, what Scott Walker said is just common sense. However, among the political class, Walkers comments set off a firestorm because so many of them have stopped taking whats good for the American people into account when they consider immigration.
We already have limits on immigration, but the only thing that we ever seem to discuss is whether to raise them. Thats certainly not because the current massive level of immigration is helping the middle class..........."
NYT, March 12, 2015 - Debate: Scott Walker, Right to Work and Labors Waning Power
"This week Wisconsin became the 25th state to adopt a right-to-work law, preventing unions from forcing workers at the companies they represent to pay dues. Supporters say these measures promote growth and increase jobs. Opponents say they gut unions and lower wages.
Are right to work laws worthwhile?" Read the discussion." --- [5 OpEds grouped together]
Walker: I believe there's a way you can do that.
This has been the Walker policy since 2006, when he backed McCain/Kennedy. The backers back then swore that wasn't amnesty either.
Then he goes on to state he has changed his policy. No Mr. Walker, you most definitely haven't changed your policy!

You are delusional.
What’s worse you are parading this liar across the forum in order to mislead others.

How Alinsky of you.
Who’s your candidate DD?
Bush was for a “humble foreign policy” and “no national building”, before he wasn’t. Obama “grew” on gay “marriage.” Politicians switch positions a lot. If Walker switches from the wrong side to the right side on immigration, who am I to judge?
I didn't have sex with that woman...
You can keep your health plan if you like it...
I changed my immigration policy...
I suppose in a GOPe ruled universe, telling the truth is now Alinsky like. LMAO
Shame on you.
Wallace: The question was, "Can you envision a world, if these people paid a penalty, that they would have a path to citizenship?" and you stated, "Sure, that makes sense."

This is the truth. I'm sorry you refuse to see Walker for who he is, and support him anyway.

I’ve pulled up my big-boy pants, and am stating right here and now, I’m not thrilled with any of them.
I won’t be backing a man that is making the corner-stone of his campaign a great big lie. I can tell you that much.
And election in the General.
As Metallica says: "Nothing else matters".
It's clear what it once was. And, he has clearly repudiated that.
I, for one, care not that he is a recent convert.
Please read post 14.
He has not changed his policy, and in this interview his support for McCain/Kennedy, a policy statement in 2013, and on March 1st 2015, Walker states that those who pay a fine can stay.
In the 2015 statement he even went further, stating a pathway to citizenship can be found. That was Wallace’s question.
Then Walker goes on to state he is allowed to change his mind.
Wow, Scott, who knew? How about actually doing it?
Then you could run on it and it would be the truth.
Don’t confirm that if people pay a penalty we can find a pathway to citizenship, then tell me that you’ve changed your policy.

Please actually read the post. It has Walker’s own statement in it.
That one question and answer makes it crystal clear Walker has not changed his policy, unless his policy used to be to tell the truth.
Even if they are lying.
They will be swarmed with more votes than they can use, putting the GOP is the most awkward position.
How can the other candidates then say they support their legalization?
I'm not even sure that would gain a majority of DEMOCRATS.
Therefore, I will continue to support Scott Walker's advocacy (even if false) until such time as he is clear in his abandonment of it.
