The Patriots quarterback, along with locker attendant Jim McNally and equipment assistant John Jastremski are the three people most likely to be disciplined, according to ESPN. The 243-page Wells report found that Brady was "at least generally aware of the inappropriate activities of McNally and Jastremski involving the release of air from Patriots game balls." ROTFL ya think?

Goodell is painted into a corner because of his handling of “Bounty Gate” with the Saints.

Too bad the MSM isn’t as interested in Hitlery’s ethical violations as they are Tom Brady’s.

Let’s see: Tom Brady won’t turn over his personal e-mail and it is OFF WITH HIS HEAD——NOW!!!
A Regiment of U.S. Government personnel refuse to turn over e-mails involved in huge national and international scandals and that includes the actual deaths of Americans.
“Nothing to see, folks...Just another trumped up over-the-top nonsense by the VAST right wing conspiracy. They are just at it once again.”

From the article:
In the report, Wells also noted that Brady refused to turn over his phone and other personal information for investigative purposes. Brady's refusal to help the investigation could end up being one of the big reasons he's hit with a potentially big suspension.Yup. Brady could have cooperated in ways even beyond turning over his phone...doesn't sound like he had reasons to be cooperative.
A year isn't enough.

Tom Brady could probably give a flying fudge if he gets suspended or not...what does he care?

exactly, and the fact that Brady si stonewalling them. He's better off just coming out and admitting it and making a public apology now after last night's distaster with Jim Grey..

Btw...all this goes beyond the Colts game...
The Colts had already sent a letter to NFL BEFORE the game in question...
I'm sure the NFL had previous allegations in hand...but lacked gameday evidence...UNTIL the Colts game.
Boston is "Cheater City" when it comes to football. And Brady learned from a master cheater coaching staff.

A year would be beyond idiotic. I understand the symbolic nature of things that requires some level of punishment but 1 year for letting the equipment guy no how he likes the balls?! Just stupid. Especially when the infraction happened in the same year the Vikes and Panther got caught on camera heating the balls and all they got was stern letters.

Tom Brady could probably give a flying fudge if he gets suspended or not...what does he care? Most employers who have an employee suspended from work for a year due to immoral, unethical conduct don't wish to pay said employee.
So $ is a reason to care.
Secondly, reputation.
On the other hand, if he really cared about "reputation," I guess he wouldn't be playing for Bellicheat in the first place!

correct, the Colts & Ravens complained weeks before perhaps cluing the NFL to the 'sting' opeation in the AFL Title game with the bathroom equipment manager hijinks with the balls

It’s hard to win a 5th SB from your living room. And he DEFINITELY wants that record.

I predict they come down hard on him and suspend him for most of the preseason.

Note that there's no desire for the Pats to even try to rein in their own employees.
For example, sounds like the two equipment guys behind this scandal are still employed.
Which means, if the Pats tried to toss them under the bus, then they might go into "tell all" mode.
Hence, the Pats' organization is part of the problem here.
(As in coverup)
