They didn’t already have it. They perverted, inverted, their actual power. A 2/3 vote is required to enable the deal (by the Senate). Now both houses must have a 2/3 vote to cancel the deal.
The insanity is beyond measure and most USAians are sound asleep.
Thy have to pass a law to allow them to do their Constitutional duty?
What happens if Obama says no? Do they say “well, we tried” and hit the bar?
