Same company. It’s Carl’s Jr west of the Mississippi and Hardees east mostly.
Yup some “guy” here will think it’s not tasteful.
Cafe Risque? Stay away from the tuna melt!
“...it reinforces in your brain what the brand stands for: boobs and burgers.”
And . . . . the USA.
Right, I get it. Do they serve the same food? I have heard folks raving about Carl’s JR food, but Hardees sure isn’t rave worthy, or at least it didn’t used to be. Just regular fast food. Also I’m way east coast but don’t think I have seen a Hardees commercial, but plenty of those sexy Carl’s Jr commercials.
Freegards
Yeah, their menus are the same. Some Carl’s Jr. on the west coast serve more ‘mexican’ food than Hardees do. They call it Red Burrito.
I’ve hit rock bottom. I noticed the burger first.
Hardee’s has great burgers but I don’t eat there. Not because of the commercials but because of the price and s l o w service.
I see a little of Farrah Fawcett Majors in that hamburgling chick. Hard to gaze upon her & think about food, though.
Priorities.....
They’re on every corner here...CA don’t need anymore fast food slop joints.
You’ll love it when they build a Muslim owned greedymart and McWhopper slop joint at every single intersection.
Anything so innocent and built like that just gotta be named Lucille.
Hey Lord, whatevea I done, dont strike me blind for anotha coupla minutes.
Carl’s Jr. was founded by Carl Karcher and his wife, starting with a push cart. He built the business up into a major burger fast food chain in California in competition with McDonald’s, Jack-in-the Box, Wendy’s etc.
Carl and his wife were ardent Catholics who lived in Orange County where Carl’s Jr. had its corporate headquarters. They attended Mass every day, and one of their sons, Fr. Jerome Karcher is pastor of a church in Huntington Beach, CA.
My wife worked on a temporary basis at the corporate headquarters when Carl was CEO. Carl had a life-sized statue of St. Francis of Assisi in the lobby.
I suspect that the late Mr. and Mrs. Karcher are rolling over in their graves when they see the TV commercials which Andrew Puzder has been running on TV.
Cute young lady but man that sandwich she’s holding is just gross...
Imagine a woman who respects a man enough to not tempt him.
Imagine a business that uses women to target children to do the opposite.
That’s the decline and fall of America.
My favorite burger is the Western Bacon Thickburger with extra sauce and onion rings. De-li-cious!
Don’t mind the ads either! ;-)

“Im just tired and bored with their limited view of life.”
Now look at McDonald’s new ads with “New Girl” star Max Greenfield. Not sure what group McDonald’s is going after with these ads.
