Who would be that close to a launch if it weren’t a faked photo?
I think he was pointed and exclaiming “Hey! Someone threw a way a perfectly good candy bar!” And then they just used that photo to photoshop.

the RED "reflections" are a bit prnounced as well as being off kilter....
perhaps the nork photo editor would have been better off using some real photographs of real missile launches as source reference material.
