(RNN) - All six officers charged for the death of Freddie Gray have been indicted by a grand jury.

"As our investigation has continued, additional info has been discovered, and, as is often the case, additional charges can be added," Baltimore State Attorney Marilyn Mosby said during a press conference in Baltimore.

DURHAM, N.C., May 15 — A grand jury returned an indictment today against a third lacrosse player in the rape case that has raised racial and class tensions between elite Duke University and its hometown.

How did that work out?

Nifong went to jail and disbarred

Duke University set those boys up for life with cash settlement.

Charge-larding. One or more of the officers should "see" the Mosbythugette's charge-larding and raise her a real felony or three.

Not in the Baltimore area. Look for the case to be moved to the state capital area.

Even outside of Baltimore, no judge is going to grant a motion to dismiss this case. Some of the charges against some of the defendants may end up dismissed, but not the whole case. In light of the allegations that the officers violated department policy by placing Gray in the van in handcuffs and ankle restraints but no seatbelt, repeatedly refused Gray's requests for medical attention,* and Gray wound up dead, no judge is going to dismiss this case before it gets to a jury.

* There are some radio communications that indicate that the officers eventually did request an ambulance, but not until the van's final stop, an hour after Gray was taken into custody.

Not only that but nationalization of the police 101. The Obama goons go out in the street to start riots, make the cops look like they are out of control, and in steps the regime to nationalize the cops. Notice that the public still hasn’t been given one shred of evidence of what these cops did. All you we know is they arrested him and put him in the van. That’s because there is no evidence other than the cops not making Gray wear his seat belt. If there WAS evidence she would be all over the place opening her mouth about it. I’m sure the regime has a cushy job all set up for her after this.

I think everybody is looking at this from the wrong angle. This is a very public failure of the progressive/liberal wet dream. The states attorney was elected recently. She ran on a platform of reigning in out of control police. Almost every player in this game is black. All of them are democrats.

Baltimore is a lost cause. It is political correctness central. From start to finish we get to see PC liberals stew in their own sick soup. I will sit back and watch the show.

Not even close to the same circumstances, and pre-Trayvon, Gentle Giant and Baltimore. I don’t see a motion to dismiss as possible to be granted in this case. Should be, but won’t be.

It’s a sad story. Officer Kerrie Orozco recently had a baby. A female Hispanic judging from the name, her killer a son of Obama.

This Grand Jury must have been Lynch's idea, since it was not necessary to bring charges, but was necessary to avoid the preliminary hearing that had been set for May 27th.

At that time, any charges that didn't have probable cause would likely have been dismissed, including all those false arrest charges.

As it is, with indictments, there is no need for the preliminary hearing, and they go straight to arraignment.

I wish they would hurry up and display a little common sense...like a mass case of blue flu

It will be more subtle and damaging. Officers will be quicker to claim disability, to take sick days, to use all the vacation time they can this summer. The best of them will find jobs elsewhere when they can, new recruits will be low caliber. The police won't take risks. One can't help but wonder if that's already happening, and that's why the murder rate is up.

Before they took down his Facebook page, the driver, Caesar Goodson, was a member of the group Americans Against the Republican Party.

As far as I'm concerned, he deserves whatever he gets for lining up with the DemocRats.

Dershowitz says there is no case here for what is charged.

He was right in Ferguson , T. Martin vs. Zimmerman, and the Duke case.

I hope prosecutorial misconduct is charged and this agitator is sent to jail.

Did she correct her statement about the knife being LEGAL? Oh wait, the knife was ILLEGAL so I’ll guess she’ll just ignore what she said about it and her statement about ‘false arrest’.

Who will charge Mosby with false arrest?

I don’t care if he was against the Republican Party. Justice need to win in this. I do not think the charges against him are even close to reasonable. If I worked as a police officer in Baltimore, I would quit.

Since the dispatch tapes of Gray’s transport have been out for a good while, you would have to search for them now on The Conservative Treehouse website. Those tapes show that medical assistance was requested for Gray at the arrest location and several communications were made between the officers, dispatch, and the EMT’s during transport. The officers even left an officer behind to redirect the EMT’s as they tried to coordinate with them.
