Prepare to say goodbye to TLC show “19 Kids and Counting.”

The family-centric reality show is being pulled from the network’s TV schedule one day after Josh Duggar issued an apology following molestation allegations, Page Six has learned.

It’s unclear if the network has made any permanent decisions regarding the show’s future but information about the show remains on the network’s site as of Friday.

I feel great sorrow for the girls. They seem like such graceful, beautiful young women, and to think they’ve been carrying this with them for so many years ... Jana always seem like a damaged little bird. Jinger always seemed distant. It’s falling on all of them, and for that, Jim Bob and Michelle are to blame. Josh, too, obviously. Very sad.

By the time the incident was reported the statute of limitations was already expired. The victims might still be able to sue him in civil court. I’m still not exactly sure what he did, not sure if I want to.

Their integrity is suspect? I’d say nonexistent.

Too bad he wasn’t named “Lena Dunham.” He’d get to keep his show, remain famous, and no one will ever criticize him for molesting his sisters.

You want him to be tried by fellow child molesters?

I don’t study the Bible and never have, but I thought original sin means we are born evil. Am I wrong? Are we born all good? Someone pls reply to this because I’m confused.

Because of the fall, man is inherently evil and is why we all need a Rescuer/Savior. Even Mary did.

Duggar parents waited so long to say anything.

That pesky email to Harpo productions is what forced them to go to the policeman (in 2006). They were to appear on Oprah.

If you have BIG skeletons in your closet, very foolish to become a public figure.

We are not born evil but we are born with inherited human imperfection. We have a choice as to whether or not we turn into something evil.

I’m not aware that 14yr old boys becoming aroused by their 4yr old sisters is a ‘normal thing’.

There is nothing 'normal' about it. It's pure evil, and of Satan, not of God or having anything to do with Christianity. The only thing 'normal' about it is that each of us is brought into this world in the very same state of soul.

No one is excusing this young man, but what he did was done when he was 14!

It sounds like you are trying.

Before you throw those stones, try to remember what you were doing....thinking....at 14.

I was no saint at 14. I also was not a sex offender/predator. 14-years-old - a freshman in high school - is well old enough to know this behavior is wrong & illegal.

The statute of limitations in AR doesn’t expire until the victims reach 28yrs of age.

The youngest victim is still only 17yrs old at this point. Josh has 11yrs remaining on that clock.

People should watch educational TV like we do, Chopped and Love It Or List It are our family favorites. My wife is a big 19 kids... fan.

We are not born evil

Indeed, we are born in sin, which is evil. We are all born evil. What becomes of that is up to each of us.

I want him to go before a jury of his peers.

Fine, and I agree that in this case, it doesn't look like the LEGAL system has fully been implemented. But, that's not what you said. You said "are there any other child rapists you think should have God's grace?" That's not the legal system. God's grace is entirely separate from the legal system. We can want somebody held legally accountable for their actions, but at the same time, as Christians, we are called to the message of reconciliation.

"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! All this is from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to Himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And He has committed to us the message of reconciliation. We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making His appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God. God made Him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God." --2 Corinthians 5:17-20

People sin. Some sins are illegal and others are not. In this case the sins committed were cleansed by the grace of Jesus Christ. (from what I understand he did confess and repent). Of course if there are any legal ramifications that indeed is a separate matter to be worked out by the courts.

Josh Duggar was unwise to have sought and retained such a high profile position with this kind of a sin against him as his political enemies (and non-political ones) are a lot less forgiving than the almighty.

I recall a story of King David when faced with a choice as a punishment for sinning against God among the choices were to be harmed (fall under the sword) by the surrounding enemies of Israel or to fall by a pestilence David chose pestilence because he knew that God is merciful and was more likely to relent and that men are not inclined to give mercy.

Unbelievable hubris in getting him a gig with the Family Research Council, of all groups, in Washington, D.C. Did Jim Bob really think this would stay under wraps forever? They were ripe to get blackmailed anyhow if it didn’t come out the way it did. Moronic.

I also was not a sex offender/predator.

Were you lusting after the girls in your classrooms? Then according to the Bible, you were just as wrong as Duggar was in what he did. There is no difference in God's eyes. The only difference is in man's eyes.
