If Hillary did not place any classified or sensitive information on her private email???

Posted on 05/22/2015 3:03:14 PM PDT by Splorndle

Then why is the Obama administration redacting the released emails? It seems to me that this alone is enough to have the court go back and ask for clean emails or determine the information IS classified.

End of rant. It is just frustrating me that nobody is asking this question.

If anyone was serious about this, they would, in light of history, DEMAND under penalty of jail, clean and unredacted email on Day 1.

Since they did not and do not, Kabuki. Nothing more. This admin. doesn’t redact McDonalds receipts as a matter of course. Everyone outside the beltway knows this. It defies sense that a judge does not.

To clarify...

This admin. doesn’t redact McDonalds receipts as a matter of course. They redact EVERYTHING to stall and obfuscate the legal system.

They are classifying stuff retroactively lol. It’s about names involved in Benghazi.

Your problem is that you are thinking under the old paradigm where everyone was held to the same standard as in a country ruled by laws vs the new paradigm where we are a country of elites and little people. Guess which type person you are according to our new dictator? I feel and share your frustration.

I saw a piece on this on TV. Experts say if it was on her server and not up to DOD NSA level security, then most anyones spy service got them.

Maybe congress should ask that guy in Russia if he has a copy of the emails off the Russian servers.

I work in an NSA accredited facility. There’s no way her den or linen closet is NSA certified.

She lies.

How would the govt. even know what kind of sensitive information she might have in her emails if they don’t have control of her email server??

Right, and those are redacted AFTER Hillary’s lawyers deleted all the emails she didn’t want to show anyone. So they can’t claim they are just redacting “personal” information, because Hillary said they already deleted all of that.

Wouldn’t even take a spy agency. It is pretty easy to hack most Exchange servers, so any hacker worth his salt could probably have gotten into Hillary’s server if they wanted to.

If a Sec State never sends any classified or sensitive emails how could she possibly do the job?

There’s no need to ask, it’s all over the news.

Everybody knows and few care. It’s a scandal an hour with Hillary, everyone is either numb or liberal.

Because classification is not the only reason to redact an e-mail. The reg that is used to determine if something is releasable on a Freedom of Information Act request has 9 criteria for denying release (some reasons to deny are: personal privacy data like home addresses and social security numbers, medical information, info that is law-enforcement sensitive, restricted by specific laws like the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, etc.). I had to apply this reg because in a former job, contractors would often try to get me to release other contractors’ proprietary data in response to their FOIA requests.

In reply #15, I just latched onto your use of the word “classified”. You’re right that other informations that is sensitive (meets criteria to deny a FOIA request) shouldn’t be on private computers and sent over non-govt e-mail accounts.

It’s well known that Russian and Chinese intelligence have all her e-mails. I’d bet my house they didn’t have to hack anything, they probably paid some Google employee 50-grand. That’s their walking-around money.

That’s what SIPRNET is for (that system became well known to the public when a certain little homo Army 2-striper went onto the system, grabbed anything he could, and burned it to data DVDs. As an aside, one of the major criteria for access to classified information is need-to-know, maybe the military should revisit this concept.). This is why the govt. and DoD don’t let you do business on Hotmail accounts.

If you or I had an email server in out house and had been found to be sending classified or even FOUO email through it and refused to give up the server we would be visiting Leavenworth for an extended visit. She should be in jail, IMHO.

Hillary didn’t use that according to Hillary.

Hillary claimed she didn’t send any sensitive info so it
doesn’t matter how you parse ‘sensitive’ either.
