The First Amendment applies ONLY to actions taken by government.

That this CEO lost his job for saying something offensive to homos...if it WAS offensive, has nothing to do with the first.

All of the Bill of Right apply ONLY TO THE ACTIONS OF GOVERNMENT ENTITIES.

A big newspaper owner in Berlin was forced to sell his newspaper in 1933 for being a Jew. We can quibble over details but the effect is the same.

If you exercise free speech on sexuality, you lose employment in the private sector and the government sector as has happened in Canada and the UK and you lose position in society. Government officials who don’t want to perform gay weddings will be removed here, too. The North Carolina Republican governor opposed First Amendment freedom legislation for them.

People are being Jim Crowed in our society and or will be if you oppose gay marriage or homosexuality like the performing arts center director in Sacramento was over Prop 8......lets not forget the baker and florist cases as well, you get driven out of business for practicing you beliefs under the First Amendment on religious ground.

Honestly we have a great many reasons to required just such a ‘regime change’ top of the list being the current one is lawless and increasing totalitarian, and its only getting more so.

That said should it become impossible to defend our Demographic foundations in family it is pointless to defend the political institution of the State from collapse or foreign threat.

There is after all no point in a State to defend a people already dying. Even less point in defending a State that is largely the cause of that decline. Its like fighting over a poison or a sinking ship. You’d have to be rather short sighted.

So no I won’t give up the issue and it won’t be lost until we are all dead, and our population & culture replaced by a foreign one.

This is the fascism we are facing and the real reason behind theses numbers.

A reasoned argument would expose the fact that there is not nor has there ever been a need for a ‘marriage’ type union among people of the same sex. Just as they cannot conserve a child to be bounded around. They can only adopt or uses surrogacy leaving at most only 1 party with a biological connection.

They don’t need marriage, and soon enough they will discovered they don’t want marriage. Marriage is after all in its nature an inherit evil in that it restricts the natural freedom of its members, and a unnecessary evil among those who have no children to justify such a restriction.

Whether or not they take on the bounds of theses restriction such as they now exist(limited almost meaningless form) it would not be honest to call their particular union marriage, for children is quite obviously not its propose anymore than it is possible in its form.

The natural truth of the situation can not be changed only actively ignored to the point of forgetting what marriage is. The problem there of course what they now think marriage is, is a form without a function. A restriction without justification and as such it will collapse in its uses.

We who still have that justification in our own families and wishing to preserve that protective union will just have to recreate it in a more explicit form.
