Good point. He should have used a Desert Eagle or S&W500. They're a little weak on concealability, but top notch in stopping power.
The real problem though is paramedic response times. There should be a "Code thug" dispatch that means "grab coffee and donuts on your way to this call" or, more diplomatically "thugs down and bleeding, approach slowly and with caution as if there might be more armed thugs on site".

They were all still in the foyer of the apartment building! But I will just bet you that they other two MF’s were pi$$ing themselves trying to find their way out!
