An Oakland imam said his 26-year-old brother was shot in the back and killed by Boston police Tuesday while he was waiting for a bus to work — starkly contrasting with authorities, who said the brother lunged at them with a knife while they were trying to question him on terror-related matters.

It was a radio broadcast but it said the video confirmed that the jihadi rushed the cop and agent and that they didn’t draw on him until he was almost on top of them; that they were trying to get him to just give up.
