It will not be mandatory open carry. Getting rid of concealment would have been a bigger fight than getting (optional) open carry.

Like it or not, concealment almost always makes good tactical sense, and -- until folks get used to being around OC'ers -- still makes good "social sense".

For example, I rather like the fact that any invader of our church is in for a very nasty surprise from a surprising number of trained Deacons, et al, with well-concealed weapons...
