Segregation is exactly how this is handled; any non-blacks that love their children will stop at nothing to remove them from those environments. Here in NJ there are some schools with a slight sprinkling of blacks (often from foreign countries), and others that are 100% black; since a lot of the white working population is leaving the state anyway, areas fall quickly.
In the case of my town, it is becoming heavily Hispanic (South American); they are the imported replacements for the fleeing or dying off Scots and Irish that used to live here.
Whites have the privilege of paying taxes and being walking banks for feral thugs. FU race pimps!
Note the article states other school districts have reported these problems, and "they’re all included on a recent list of PEG client school districts." Finding that list would be most instructive...
No longer are the prisons the only organized recruiting and training grounds for the thugs.

Maybe blacks and white, races are different. Maybe it is more than 'just skin color'. Of course we will destroy the nation before admitting that.

In todays world, where a parent cannot administer corporal punishment, in public, to an unruly child without having to worry about being reported to CPS, no government entity will administer ANY physical punishment at all without my responding to them physically.
I was raised by a single mother who had to work and I attended public school until high school.
You certainly are painting with a broad brush. and it’s insulting.

Reasons:
1) When Mrs. Conservative Honey Bun ( the local church's Childrens Bell Choir director) teaches at the local government K-12 school, naive and young parents **wrongly** conclude that their local school can't be **that** bad. Hey! Mrs. Honey Bun teaches there.
2) When a teacher **willingly** choses to teach in a godless and socialist-entitlement government school, they **will** be supporting both godlessness and socialism. The children must think and reason godlessly just to cooperate in the godless classroom. How could it be otherwise?
3) And...The conservative teacher is willingly supporting and establishing a system in which the children risk learning to be comfortable with socialism . Gee! If the voting mob can give the child tuition-free schooling, why not use that mob to get **lots** of “free” stuff?
4) If the conservative teacher tries to sneak in a little bit of God-centered philosophy he teaches the children that conservatives and God-believers are sneaky!
Illiteracy and innumeracy can be fixed. Dead or permanently crippled can't be.
