Haven't been able to keep up on this, but saw that the Baltimore persecutor fumbled her gag request the other day, so wondered if the Waco people had asked for a gag order.
The conflation left the passage open to interpretation, and while I could have done a quick search (which I did, & came up empty), I thought that you might have the straight dope.

First of all, I don’t want to be lumped in with any posters who are “criminal biker gang sympathizers.” And, in point of fact, I don’t think that there are any people posting on this matter that could be considered as such. The issue here is how our justice system treats every single citizen irrespective of whether or not we like (or approve) of them as human beings. There are at the moment, nine people who have been killed in Waco, and now, six months since they died, there is not one shred of evidence offered as to who actually killed each one of these men! Furthermore, as can be seen by the comments by the defendants attornies, the “judicial process,” to date, seems to be way too obfuscatory. The idea that a poster would appeal to you to have this discussion “stopped” is antithetical to the principles upon which I believe you founded FR. Above all, I want to see a fair and impartial justice system deal with what happened in Waco, and it doesn’t matter one whit whether or not one likes or dislikes those who are currently on trial.
As for stopping Ron Paul threads, I have no words to convey my disgust that anyone would seek to stop any posts relating to this man, again any personal preferences should not color such thoughts.

Both the Pauls are points off the curve for me, but they still deserve to be treated with a modicum of respect. I guess that’s where you and I differ, I save my hatred for Obama, the RATs and the GOPe.
