At first, I thought so, too. I thought he was a “Nice Dreams” dealer, and the other guy was going to rob him, but now I’m not so sure. Maybe it’s just a loon shooting the driver.

“Brown was on probation for a 2012 stabbing. He ambushed his victim during what was supposed to be a marijuana deal and fled to Ohio, where he was eventually arrested, The Frederick News-Post reported”
